Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our dedicated customer service team. As you enjoy some hot and cold refreshments, we will gather your team in preparation to meet your expert Prison Officer. Your fascinating journey will then begin.

Your Prison Officer will escort you to reception to begin your Prisoner Experience. Here, you’ll confess your crimes and be issued your standard issue orange jumpsuit. From there, your Prison Officer will escort you to your chosen activities.
Once your activities are complete, you’ll enjoy light refreshments in the visitor centre. This is your chance to compare notes with your fellow inmates, have your mugshots taken and spend time with your Prison Officer, prior to your release.
